Urban Courtyard Villa, a second generation home for two young families. The living and dining of both houses centred around a common courtyard where communal activities take place. An open concept bridge connects the two wings on the upper floor, overlooking the shared courtyard and garden.

The architecture is expressed through layers of horizontal concrete ledges and eaves to create depth and shadow. Complemented with vertical timber fins, full height glass panels and natural stone.
