8 units of individually designed single storey bungalow commissioned by Low Yat Group. The layout and form is split into 2 perpendicular blocks, the open plan block with living, dining and kitchen open towards the swimming pool while the private bedrooms block is tucked by the side.

The house is framed by a series of horizontally expressed feature walls in spray granite finish that leads you from the main door all the way to the pool deck. The slanting roof profile is also expressed on the interior, giving extra ceiling height to the space within.
