The Bangi Golf Course is located at the rear end of the site, and therefore all the main spaces of the house such as living, dining and master bedroom are all orientated and extended outwards toward the golf course. The house also features an internal courtyard that allows additional daylight to the centre of the house.

Most of the glazings are focused toward the rear and the courtyard as cost measures while solid materials such as textured stone and facing bricks are used to express the monolithic form of the house.
